If you are missing part of your order or you receive a product in unsatisfactory condition, please use our Contact Us form to communicate any problems with your order. The item will either be replaced or you will receive a credit for the item.
All orders submitted must be paid for; refunds are not available if you fail to pick up your order during the pick-up window from 2-5pm on Wednesday.
If your order is being delivered and contains refrigerated items, you may leave a cooler out for our delivery drivers to use for your cold items. Refunds are not available for these items if you aren't present for the delivery and neglect to put out a cooler to keep your items cold.
