Moonrose Farm is a small but diverse farm growing vegetables, specialty cut flowers, and pasture-raised eggs on 7 acres on the Palmer river in Rehoboth, MA.
Moonrose Farm harmonizes feeding the land and feeding the people. Our mission is to raise chemical-free food for our community while stewarding the land we farm. We foster nurturing relationships with our customers based on education, health, and unity. We honor the seasons and celebrate every crop. Each sprout, berry and grain is thoughtfully raised, harvested and shared. We hold our morals firmly in our hearts and aim to be a landmark for our community.

We use regenerative no-till practices and follow all organic guidelines (although we have chosen not to seek organic certification due to the extra cost and labor associated with certification). We choose organic seed when available, use certified organic / OMRI listed soil amendments and potting soil. We infrequently apply organic and natural pesticides only when needed and with native pollinators in mind. Our soil is amended with lots of compost and mineral amendments to get the right balance for our soil's microbes and the plant's needs.

We raise happy hens in a mobile coop on pasture with access to outdoors every day. They are fed certified non-GMO feed.
